Meet the Doctor

Dr. Jean Luke Smith is a south Louisiana native. From a young age, Dr. Smith had an interest in sports and outdoors, as well as a passion for health and nutrition. His interests prompted Dr. Smith to choose a career in the health field. Dr. Smith graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. During his time at ULL, Dr. Smith obtained his personal training certification and was given the opportunity to train athletes of all levels while working at City Club Fitness Center and Sugar Mill Athletic Club. After completing his bachelor's degree, Dr. Smith decided to pursue a career in patient care. He then furthered his education at Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas and graduated with a doctorate in Chiropractic. His love for south Louisiana and the Cajun culture has lead Dr. Smith and his family back home to Youngsville, LA.

Dr. Smith and his wife, Maria, reside in Youngsville with their six young children. They spend much of their time being active in their community and enjoying the various outdoor activities that south Louisiana has to offer.
